Renders prompt, history, and current input without evaluating code.

## API

`renderRepl(options)` accepts optional `history`, `currentInput`, `prompt`, `width`, and `height`.

## Accessibility

Prompt and outputs render as plain text. Adapters own evaluation, history search, and cancellation.
