# BarChart

Renders categorical numeric values as horizontal terminal bars.

## API

`renderBarChart(options)` accepts `items`, `width`, optional `min`, `max`, `character`, and `height`.

## Accessibility

Each row includes text label and numeric value; bar glyphs are supplemental.
