Renders ANSI-formatted output after sanitizing terminal control sequences.

## API

`renderAnsiViewer(options)` accepts `lines`, optional `width`, and `height`.

## Accessibility

Escapes and colors are removed by the shared plain-text renderer; meaningful text remains.
