Function calculateViewportLayout

calculateViewportLayout(snapshot: ViewportSnapshot): ViewportLayout
Converts headless Viewport state into Blessed-compatible positioning.

Content moves in the opposite direction of scroll offsets while the outer container clips descendants to its visible rectangle.
